Whether you are buying one of our new homes, or if we have worked with you on a one-off residential project, our level of attention and client commitment doesn’t end once the bill is paid and the keys are in your hand! We like to think of our residential projects as part of the Acorn family, and like any family members, we care about their future.
Working with you from concept to completion we believe in operating an open door policy throughout the process and are happy to discuss everything from scaffolding to drainage, tiles to light switches.
If you are buying a new house from us, we offer a home introduction service two weeks before completion, where we meet you at the property and show how the heating, water and appliances work and to run through the Operation and Maintenance Manual – so there will be no surprises on the day you move in. If you have bought “off plan” we are also happy to discuss fixtures and fittings, colours, carpets. In summary, whatever your concerns our commitment to you is to make your new move as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
To ensure you’re completely happy in your new home, we also offer a one year warranty which protects against latent defects. This runs concurrently with the 10 year Buildmark Warranty from the NHBC.
