The demolition of the exisiting hospital out buildings and to redevelop the area.
The works included regrading of exisiting levels, new underground drainage, retaining walls, forming new entrance, re-tarmacing, external lighting and landscaping to the main hospital in Winchester.
All works were carried out during normal working hours while the hospital was still functioning.
