Just one of several office refurbishments recently undertaken. This four storey block required a complete mechanical and electrical updating and building refurbishment, including a new entrance, reception area, passenger lift, new toilet facilities, re-roofing, new fire escapes and various external repairs plus new mechanical, electrical and IT services throughout.
